This page explains what happens to the information you share with MAYVRA through this website. MAYVRA is an independent web design practice owned and run by Mayar Khateeb in Nazareth, Israel; she is the person responsible for the personal information described here. What this site collects
The only information this website asks for is what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page: your name, your business name, your email address and your message.
Filling in that form is voluntary — you are not required to provide anything, and you can write to us on WhatsApp or by email instead. If you do use the form, your name and email address are needed, because without them there is no way to reply to you. The rest is optional.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website uses the analytics built into Framer, the platform it runs on. Framer states that these analytics work without cookies: they count page views and record general signals such as the site you arrived from and the country you are in, and they do not follow you across other websites or build a profile of you.
Beyond that there are no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts, no chat widgets and no embedded third-party content, and the site is not built to set cookies of its own or to store anything in your browser. That is why you are not currently asked to consent to cookies. If the use of these technologies changes in future, this policy will be updated and any consent steps needed will be put in place before the change takes effect.
How your information is used
Your enquiry is used to answer you, to understand what you are asking for and — if we go on to work together — to carry out that work and keep the ordinary records that go with it.
It is not used for marketing, it is not added to a mailing list, and it is never sold.
Who else handles it
Your information is not sold and is not shared for marketing. It is handled by the service providers needed to run this website and its email, each acting on our behalf:
Framer B.V. (Netherlands) hosts this website and delivers its pages, fonts and images. Like any web host, its servers record technical request data such as IP address and browser type. Enquiries sent through the form pass through Framer before they reach us.
Google Workspace receives and stores email sent to hello@mayvra.co.il.
How long it is kept
An enquiry is kept for as long as it is useful: long enough to answer you, and — where a project follows — for as long as the work and its records require. Where a record has to be kept for tax or other legal reasons, it is kept for the period the law sets.
If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, write to hello@mayvra.co.il. Where the law gives you the right to have it deleted, we will do so; if something has to be kept, we will tell you what and why.
Your rights
Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law you may ask to see the information held about you, and ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, incomplete or out of date. Where the law gives you the right to have information deleted, you can ask for that too; if something has to be kept, we will tell you what and why.
Write to hello@mayvra.co.il. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can, and within any period the law requires. If you are writing from outside Israel, the privacy law where you live may give you further rights — tell us where you are writing from and we will take it into account.
Security
Once sent, your enquiry is held in the Framer and Google Workspace accounts described above, and is covered by those providers’ own security measures. Your information is not sold and is not shared for marketing; it is processed only by the service providers needed to run this website and its email, as described above.
No website or email system is completely secure, and this page does not claim otherwise.
Links that leave this site
The WhatsApp and Instagram links on this site open services operated by Meta. Once you are there, Meta’s own privacy terms apply — we see only the message you choose to send us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date.
